BetaVox collects data from you, through our interactions with you and through our products. You provide some of this data directly, and we get some of it by collecting data about your interactions, use, and experiences with our products. The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with Betavox and the choices you make, including your privacy settings and the products and features you use. We also obtain data about you from third parties. Many of our products require some personal data to provide you with a service. If you choose not to provide data required to provide you with a product or feature, you cannot use that product or feature. Likewise, where we need to collect personal data by law or to enter into or carry out a contract with you, and you do not provide the data, we will not be able to enter into the contract; or if this relates to an existing product you're using, we may have to suspend or cancel it. We will notify you if this is the case at the time. Where providing the data is optional, and you choose not to share personal data, features like personalization that use such data will not work for you.

If you use a BetaVox product with an account provided by an organization you are affiliated with, such as your work or school account, that organization can: • Control and administer your BetaVox product and product account, including controlling privacy-related settings of the product or product account. • Access and process your data, including the interaction data, diagnostic data, and the contents of your communications and files associated with your BetaVox product and product accounts. If you lose access to your work or school account (in event of change of employment, for example), you may lose access to products and the content associated with those products, including those you acquired on your own behalf, if you used your work or school account to sign in to such products. Many BetaVox products are intended for use by organizations, such as pharmacies, laboratories, and medical facilities. If your organization provides you with access to BetaVox products, your use of the BetaVox products is subject to your organization's policies, if any. You should direct your privacy inquiries, including any requests to exercise your data protection rights, to your organization's administrator. When you use social features in BetaVox products, other users in your network may see some of your activity. BetaVox is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of our customers, which may differ from those set forth in this privacy salemen. When you use a BetaVox product provided by your organization, BetaVox's processing of your personal data in connection with that product is governed by a contract between BetaVox and your organization. BetaVox processes your personal data to provide the product to your organization and you, and in some cases for BetaVox's business operations related to providing the product. When a BetaVox product collects age, and there is an age in your jurisdiction under which parental consent or authorization is required to use the product, the product will either block users under that age or will ask them to provide consent or authorization from a parent or guardian before they can use it. We will not knowingly ask children under that age to provide more data than is required to provide for the product. Once parental consent or authorization is granted, the child's account is treated much like any other account. Parents or guardians can change or revoke the consent choices previously made, and review, edit, or request the deletion of the personal data of the children for whom they provided consent or authorization. As the organizer of a BetaVox family group account, the parent or guardian can manage a child's information and settings, and view and delete a child's data on their dashboard.

My Oga Doctor enable you to consult a physician, fill a prescription, and other medical services through online services from BetaVox and third parties with different privacy practices, and those other products and online services are governed by their respective privacy statements and policies.

Data Retention

BetaVox retains personal data only for as long as it is reasonably necessary to provide My Oga Doctor and other BetaVox services, fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, resolve disputes, maintain security, and comply with applicable legal, medical, accounting, and regulatory obligations. Our general retention periods are as follows: Account and profile information: Retained while your account remains active. If you request account deletion, the information will normally be deleted or anonymised within 30 days after your request has been verified. Consultation and medical information: Retained for as long as required to provide healthcare services and to comply with applicable medical-record and legal-retention requirements. Certain medical records may not be deleted immediately where healthcare providers are legally or professionally required to retain them. Appointment, prescription, laboratory, and pharmacy records: Retained for as long as necessary to complete the requested service and thereafter for any period required by applicable healthcare laws or regulations. Payment and transaction records: Retained for up to seven years, or for any longer period required by applicable tax, accounting, anti-fraud, or financial regulations. Customer-support communications: Retained for up to three years after the support matter has been resolved, unless a longer period is necessary for an ongoing dispute or legal obligation. Security, device, and activity logs: Normally retained for up to 12 months for fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and protection of our services. Marketing information: Retained until you withdraw your consent, unsubscribe, or ask us to stop using your information for marketing. Backup copies: Data scheduled for deletion may remain in encrypted or restricted backup systems for up to 90 additional days before being permanently overwritten. When a retention period expires, we securely delete or anonymise the information so that it can no longer be associated with you. We may retain limited information for a longer period when required by law, necessary to establish or defend legal claims, needed to prevent fraud or abuse, or necessary to protect the safety and security of users. Where information cannot be deleted immediately because of a legal, medical, or regulatory obligation, we will restrict its use to the purpose for which its continued retention is required.

Account and Personal Data Deletion

You may request the deletion of your My Oga Doctor account and personal data at any time. To submit a deletion request: 1.Send an email to support@betavox.org. 2.Use the subject line “My Oga Doctor Account Deletion Request.” 3.Include the full name, email address, and telephone number connected to your account. 4.Do not include passwords, payment-card details, medical reports, or other unnecessary sensitive information in your email. 5.BetaVox may contact you to verify your identity and confirm that you are authorised to request deletion of the account. We will acknowledge your request and normally complete the deletion process within 30 days after verifying your identity. We will notify you when the deletion has been completed or explain if we must retain certain information. Deleting your account will normally delete or permanently anonymise: Your account and profile information; Contact information associated with the account; Saved preferences; Information that is not subject to a legal, medical, security, financial, or regulatory retention requirement; and Other personal information that is no longer necessary for providing our services. Some information may be retained after account deletion, including: Medical or consultation records that healthcare providers must retain; Payment, transaction, tax, and accounting records; Records of consent and previous deletion requests; Information relating to fraud, abuse, disputes, investigations, or legal claims; and Information contained temporarily in protected backup systems. Any information retained after an account-deletion request will be securely stored, access-restricted, and used only for the applicable legal, medical, security, or regulatory purpose. It will be permanently deleted or anonymised when the applicable retention period expires. Deleting the My Oga Doctor application from your device does not automatically delete your account or personal data. You must submit an account-deletion request using the process stated above.
